Pharaoh, appointed by BPS in March 2015, engaged in a collaborative initiative to conduct a consultation project facilitating the development of a comprehensive Commercialisation Strategy for the BPS development. This endeavor was succeeded by a subsequent review in 2018. The overarching purpose of this combined effort was to execute a thorough commercialisation evaluation, pinpointing all potential assets within BPS. Subsequently, a strategic commercialisation and sponsorship plan was meticulously devised, leveraging insights gleaned from the evaluation exercise to unlock the full potential of these assets. The ultimate objective was to deliver a Best-in-Class strategy, ensuring a resilient and sustainable income stream for BPS, seamlessly aligned with the corporate, asset, and property management goals of the development as a whole.
