Working as part of the Project team to deliver new Hospitality products and set new standards of service for Catering and Hospitality in a stadium in Sweden, working with the venue team and football team staff to mobilise the venue, Review of Architect Drawings,  Review of Business Plans, Development of  the Product pyramid, Marketing strategy Product/Price/Place , Customer Journey development and staff training programme, owning the mobilisation of catering , hospitality and conference and event delivery, selling 15 suites, 1000 club seats, 36 terrace suites,  setting new levels of service to the marketplace.
