Pharaoh were appointed by Battersea Power Station (BPS) in 2015 as part of a collaborative approach to undertake a consultation project to assist in the development of a Commercialisation Strategy for the BPS development. In 2018 Pharaoh were reappointed to undertake a full review on the commercialisation evaluation exercise that identifies all potential commercialisation assets at BPS. As well as developing a strategic commercialisation and sponsorship plan that realises the full potential of the assets, based on the findings from the evaluation exercise. The overall objective was to deliver a Best in Class strategy that provides a robust and sustainable income stream for BPS that is aligned to the corporate, asset and property management goals of the development as a whole.
